Tall OaKs Carpentry was started in Rockland County in 1991. James Valenti has built his business with quality as his main focus. As a craftsman by trade he is able to visulize something and then create it. His passion is to create and that is excatly what is does.
Excellence and Professionalism
After communting to work for over 20 years, Tall oaks Carpentry has happ[pily moved to the Poconos. We have opened up a new shop off of Hamlin Highway called The Wood Shop at the Lake. The name may be different but the quality work that Tall okas carpentry has always provided is still the same. Focusing more on Custom wood work, such as; Log furniture, wooden signs, trim work, Cabinets and closets, and furtinrure repair.
Marianne Kuhn
Marianne graduated from Montclair State University with a BA in education. She is a member of the American Impressionist Society and Saratoga Arts Center. Her education includes The Ridgewood Art Institute, The Andy Braitman Studio and multiple PleinAir workshops across the country. Her Work is in personal collections throughout the U.S. as well as, the General Electric Global Research Lodge, Niskayayunda, NY; Gov. and Mrs. George Pataki; The Knapp Family (Union Carbide); The Golub Family (Price Chopper Supermarkets).
